Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you browse Claude Master, buy a product, sign in, or contact us — and what we do with it.
Who is responsible for your data
Claude Master publishes this website and decides how personal data described here is handled. You can reach us any time at contact@claudemaster.net.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your email address, any name you provide, and the content of messages sent through our contact form or by email.
- Purchase information. When you buy, our payment processor collects your payment details and shares with us a record of the transaction (product, amount, currency, date, billing country, and the email used). We never receive or store your full card number.
- Account information. If you create an account or access member content, we store your sign-in identifier and the products or membership you are entitled to.
- Usage information. Aggregate, privacy-preserving page analytics, plus standard server logs kept by our host (such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL) for security and reliability.
Why we use it
- To deliver what you bought and give you access to it.
- To provide support, process refunds, and answer your messages.
- To send transactional email (receipts, access links, account and update notices) and, only if you opt in, occasional update emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- To understand which pages are useful, using aggregate statistics.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use cookieless, aggregate web analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which does not use client-side state to identify individuals across sites. If you sign in, a strictly necessary cookie or local storage entry keeps you signed in. Blocking it will sign you out but will not stop you reading public pages.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Stripe — payment processing, billing, and subscription management.
- Google Firebase — accounts, authentication, and entitlement records.
- Netlify — website hosting, serverless functions, and server logs.
- Cloudflare — aggregate, cookieless website analytics.
- Resend — sending transactional and update email.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the security of the service.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Purchase and tax records are kept as long as required by law and for as long as we must honour access to what you bought. Support messages are kept while they are useful for support history. Server logs and aggregate analytics are kept for a limited period. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so except where we must retain records (for example, financial records).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security. Payments are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers in card form. Access to member content is checked against your entitlement record. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Email contact@claudemaster.net from the address you used with us and we will respond. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site sells professional education and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, give notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
